Founder and President, Scalzo Group Real Estate Services

Since its beginnings in 1987, Scalzo Group Real Estate Service has grown into one of the premier real estate companies in Connecticut under Paul’s leadership.  He has over 3o years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate development and brokerage operations and focuses his efforts on identifying  new business development opportunities for his clients.

In addition, Paul serves on a number of non profit boards and has been the recipient of numerous civic awards including the Cecil J. Previdi Award and the Westfair Communications 2015 Family-Owned Business Award for Fairfield County.


ANDREA SCALZO

Founder and President of Scalzo Property Management

Andrea began her property management career in 1980 as Vice President of Epic Realty Services Inc., where she structured a decentralized nationwide property management program and helped guide the company to over 20,000 homes managed through a network of 27 offices in fourteen cities with 400 employees.

In 1987 she founded Scalzo Property Management Inc. and SPM Maintenance & Construction that manages over 4,000 condominium units as well as rental and commercial properties in both Connecticut and New York.

She holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an MBA in International Business and Finance from George Washington University.


ADRIENNE QUI

Managing Broker & VP of Relocation and Business Development, Real Living Scalzo Group Real Estate

Adrienne joined Scalzo Group Real Estate Services in 2000 and  manages the day to day operations of the residential real estate division of Scalzo Group Real Estate Services with a focus on agent recruitment and retention.  With a strong background in both relocation services and business development, she also oversees the relocation division of the company.

Adrienne is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR ( CT Association of Realtors), NFCAR (Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors), WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors),and Worldwide ERC. In addition she holds the prestigious GRI designation and has been the recipient of numerous relocation awards.


JESSICA GANSER

Vice President, Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group

Jessica oversees the daily operations of Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group and specializes in commercial investment sales.  Managing 30 agents throughout Connecticut and New York, she is also responsible for agent recruitment and business development.  Prior to joining Scalzo Group in 2007, she was Real Estate Marketing Director for Weichert Properties in Ridgefield, CT.


DOREEN FILGATE

Director of Marketing, Scalzo Group Real Estate Services

Doreen is an award winning marketing professional who is responsible for the marketing initiatives for all Scalzo Group Real Estate Services companies. Since 2001 she has lead all efforts in branding, communications, reputation management, social media and advertising and is responsible for internal and external communications.


JOE ENRIGHT

General Manager, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County

With over 30 years of construction experience, Joe oversees all sales and construction operations for the company.


ROB BEEBE

Controller, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County

Rob has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and is responsible for all financial and accounting activities. He joined Scalzo Group in 2000, for 9 years as a Project Manager, for 7 years as Director of Construction overseeing all aspects of construction undertaken by the company, and for the past year as Controller/Operations Manager.  During this time he has successfully completed over 150 residential homes, 200 multifamily units, and 250,000 sq.ft. of commercial/retail space. In his current role he interacts with every architect and engineer associated with any construction project,  works with client banks, HUD, and insurance companies on funding, progress inspections through to  final approvals and oversees accounts payable, receivables, and assist in the budgetary compliance of every job.


Don O’Brien

Head of Construction, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County

Dan is a 30 year veteran of the construction industry and is responsible for the general oversight of all onsite construction, the management of subcontractors and quality control for each project.  In addition, he establishes and enforces job site safety and quality control programs to ensure safety of all workers and quality completion of construction and verifies that work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications and local regulations.


JASON KELLER

Operations Manager, Scalzo Property Management

Jason joined Scalzo Group in 2008 and manages the day to day operations of the property management department at Scalzo Property Management. Previously he worked in New York managing HOAs, Condominiums, and investment properties.

Jason holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), & PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations through CAI (Community Association Institute), and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).  He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University with a concentration in Finance and Management and Minor in Economics.


DESMOND RUSTICI

Manager, Scalzo Property Maintenance & Construction
