He has over 3o years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate development and brokerage operations and focuses his efforts on identifying new business development opportunities for his clients.
In addition, Paul serves on a number of non profit boards and has been the recipient of numerous civic awards including the Cecil J. Previdi Award and the Westfair Communications 2015 Family-Owned Business Award for Fairfield County.

Andrea began her property management career in 1980 as Vice President of Epic Realty Services Inc., where she structured a decentralized nationwide property management program and helped guide the company to over 20,000 homes managed through a network of 27 offices in fourteen cities with 400 employees.
In 1987 she founded Scalzo Property Management Inc. and SPM Maintenance & Construction that manages over 4,000 condominium units as well as rental and commercial properties in both Connecticut and New York.
She holds a BS degree in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and an MBA in International Business and Finance from George Washington University.
Managing Broker & Relocation , Real Living Scalzo Group Real Estate
Adrienne joined Scalzo Group Real Estate Services in 2000 and manages the day to day operations of the residential real estate division of Scalzo Group Real Estate Services With a strong background in relocation services, she also oversees the relocation division of the company.
Adrienne is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), CAR ( CT Association of Realtors), NFCAR (Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors), WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors),and Worldwide ERC. In addition she holds the prestigious GRI designation and has been the recipient of numerous relocation awards.
Director, Business Development & Operations Scalzo Group
Jessica oversees the daily operations of Scalzo Group and specializes in commercial investments. Managing 30 agents throughout Connecticut and New York, she is also responsible for recruitment, marketing, and transaction negotiations. She has also worked in other branches of the company including construction and Commercial Management since 2007
Vice President, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County
Joe has over 25 years of modular home design and building experience that encompasses all phases of construction as well as sales management. Working closely with the Westchester Modular Homes factory, Joe oversees the day to day operations of the company and has been involved in the design and build of over 600 residential homes and multi-family homes ranging from 4 to 75 units. He has also played a key role role in many of the company’s projects including the construction of group homes, facility housing, camp facilities and commercial retail space.
Controller, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County
Rob has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and is responsible for all financial and accounting activities. He joined Scalzo Group in 2000, for 9 years as a Project Manager, for 7 years as Director of Construction overseeing all aspects of construction undertaken by the company, and for the past year as Controller/Operations Manager. During this time he has successfully completed over 150 residential homes, 200 multifamily units, and 250,000 sq.ft. of commercial/retail space. In his current role he interacts with every architect and engineer associated with any construction project, works with client banks, HUD, and insurance companies on funding, progress inspections through to final approvals and oversees accounts payable, receivables, and assist in the budgetary compliance of every job.
Head of Construction, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County
Dan is a 30 year veteran of the construction industry and is responsible for the general oversight of all onsite construction, the management of subcontractors and quality control for each project. In addition, he establishes and enforces job site safety and quality control programs to ensure safety of all workers and quality completion of construction and verifies that work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications and local regulations.
Operations Manager, Scalzo Property Management
Jason joined Scalzo Group in 2008 and manages the day to day operations of the property management department at Scalzo Property Management. Previously he worked in New York managing HOAs, Condominiums, and investment properties.
Jason holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), & PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations through CAI (Community Association Institute), and the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation through IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LaSalle University with a concentration in Finance and Management and Minor in Economics.
Controller, Scalzo Property Maintenance & Construction
Sue oversees all accounting functions and reporting for Scalzo Property Management. She brings a strong background in finance and office management to her role. Sue holds a BS in Accounting from Western CT State University.
Manager, Scalzo Property Maintenance & Construction
Desmond joined Scalzo Property Maintenance & Construction in 2013 and has been instrumental in its growth into a multimillion dollar construction and maintenance company. He oversees all phases of project management including managing the bidding process, on-site project management oversight; managing quality inspection processes and supervising sub-contractors and staff. He is also responsible for the coordination and implementation of work orders from all associations and the oversight of additions and fit ups for commercial clients.
